The Vines - a Silk Road Lodge in Turpan

The Vines is our first Lodge. It is nestled amongst vineyards and orchards close to the centre of the traditional Uighur village of Munar. Village life takes place right outside the front door. We have been privileged to be allowed to build The Vines in the local village. It allows guests access to the (rapidly disappearing) daily way of life of a genuine local Uighur peasant village, whilst providing an accommodation that is on a par with the best hotels in the area and sited with a pleasant rural, vineyard and orchard, outlook.
